Swimming pools blog

I am new to this group and looking for some advice on a pool heater. I
have a 13 x 24 inground oval pool, 8,000+ gallons, and 5′6″ at the
deepest part. I am considering a Hayward Heat Pro 81,000 BTU heater.
Does anyone have experience with this heater? Also, is this size
sufficient to heat my size pool? I live in PA. My goal is to extend
the swimming season and keep the pool temp around 85 degrees. Thank
you for any advice.
