Polaris seems lathargic

April 6th, 2007 · No Comments

My polaris 380 pool cleaner seems to be moving very lathargicaly. The
unit used to hit a wall crawl up the wall and move on. Now the unit is
constantly running into a wall and just stays there until the pull
back engages. the unit itself seems to be in fine working order so I
think the pump may just be wearing out. The pump is about 5 years old,
the 380 head is one year old.
Is there an easy way to measure the pressure put out by the polaris
pump and what pressure should I be seeing from the pump?
