Factory Pump on a 2002 Polaris has gone bad–lots of noise and rubbing
(electric motor feels good). When I take the front plate off the pump,
there is a plastic rotor and in the center of that rotor is the motor
shaft and a round hole with hexigon indentation above it (looks like a
reverse socket on a driver) around the motor shaft.
How do I get the pump off of the shaft so I can take it to the shop?
