Well I’m ready to have a pool to replace my 24′ round above ground.
(We’re losing water and another liner and the sidewall is buckling in
a few places at the bottom.) We’ve had this pool that came with the
house when we bought it in ‘95, and so far it’s been a maintenance
nightmare and we’ve put in two liners since then. NOW, I want to
transform our backyard and pool area into a “tropical paradise” for
just me and my wife (we’re the only users) and have a small “partial”
inground, preferably fiberglass. I’m considering something about 8 x
16, 2′ deep at one end, 4′ at the other, with a stone waterfall. I
want to have 2′ above ground. I could make a fiberglass pool among
other things myself but would like your recommendations to consider.
We’re in New England. Thanks!
Phil
