there is a white film on the painted wall surface of my pool. I just
bought the house and the pool was previously incorrectly painted which
led to peeling and then repainted
the pool guy says it is caused by an imbalance of the total alkalinity
which over time could have corrosive effects on the paint.
any ideas from the group?
