Swimming pools blog

We received a long, drenching rain today. When I went out to the pool,
I noticed a black film on top of the water. I thought it was just
teeny pieces of dirt, but after getting it on my hands, I realized it
was a film of black bugs. They were wiggling on my hands! Any idea
what they are and how to get rid of them? I think they are so small
that they will pass through the skimmers and filter!
