Polaris in the Corner

September 1st, 2006 · No Comments

Hi all,
I have a month old 20 x 40 rectangular built in gunite pool with a
polaris. The polaris after its on about 10 minutes always ends up in
the front right corner of the pool and becomes stuck. It does not get
stuck from any other corner. I know after a few minutes it is
supposed to go into reverse and get itself unstuck. It does go into
reverse, backs up a few inches, then goes forward again and continues
to be stuck. If I turn the polaris around myself, after about 10
minutes it all repeats again. I have the pool company coming Wednesday
to look at it but since they didn’t seem to believe me over the phone
that the polaris could possibly be not working correctly, I thought I
would post here to see if anyone has any thoughts or has had similiar
experiences.
Thanks!
Debbie
