Hello again!
Well, after much long hard thought we’ve decided to go with a 26″ sand
filter and Zeobest media. We’ll try this for 5 years and see what we
think ….. if we don’t have better luck with this, then we’ll switch
to cartridge. We were just too concerned about all the tree debris in
our yard causing problems with the cartridge filter.

I’m now thinking of investing in a pool sweep and I’m leaning toward
the Jandy Rayvac. We already have a sweep line from when the pool was
built (right now it’s just an extra return but according to our
original documents a sweep was included with the pool package).
Does anyone have any comments regarding these sweeps? If they work
well, I’d rather go this route that with a suction side cleaner.
