Letro Legend help

May 18th, 2006 · 1 Comment

I’ve been having a problem with my Legend all season - it just doesn’t
clean like it did before (it’s 3 years old). I’ve checked the debris
filter - clean. I’ve checked the unit itself, taken it apart,
everything looks OK. I took the jet box above the unit apart, and
found a gear out of place, put it back, and it was sorta OK for a
while, now it’s back to it’s poor cleaning ways. Can I replace that
box? And, is there a way I can check the booster pump to see if it’s
putting out enough pressure?
Thanks,
Harry

I notice that every couple weeks my pool needs an inch or two of water.
For San Diego, is this normal evaporation, or is it possible some line I think
is a surface crack is actually leaking? I do not get any debri or miscoleration
coming from hairline cracks that appear to be in the surface material. The pool
has not been painted or resurfaced in 20 years.
