Hi Everybody
We have an 18 ft x 36 ft vinyl lined IG.
We hardly swim in it and have been considering having it filled in. The
time and cost of maintaining it just seems to be a waste.
We also heard it said that an IG pool can make a home more difficult to
sell because most people don’t want the hastle.
My wife is going to start contacting Realtors to get their opinion
regarding property value and selling ease.
Should we opt to fill it in. . .we were wondering what the procedure
would be to remove the liner and if the underground piping would have to
removed or filled in.
Any discussion or information to consider would be appreciated.
