Help- First Pool Party Sunday

March 13th, 2006 · 1 Comment

And my water is a cloudy mess. The chemicals all read well, but we just
finished backfilling and I think some dirt particles are floating in the water.
I’ve run the filter non stop since yesterday with little improvement. I’ve
ordered a Polaris 360 which I hope is going to be here by Friday so I can run
that good before the party. All other suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance.

I’m taking a water sample to the pool store today, yes I was relying on a
home test when I said it “read well”. So your right, it may still need a little
tweaking. But I really think the cloudiness is suspended dirt particles from
backfilling, and I’m hoping a floculant or clarifier will gather it up, make
it sink and the Polaris will vac it right out. That’s what I’m keeping my
    fingers crossed for anyhow. Thanks.
