Polaris 165 pool cleaners? do they work well?

January 22nd, 2006 · No Comments

Hello all, been awhile since my last post but I was hoping you could
help me.
I have a inground fiberglass pool. Maximum depth is 5 feet. Does
anyone have experience with the Polaris model # 165 “floats on top
with a bag that stays on bottom”. Does it work well?
I have been using a polaris model 360 for a few years attached to one
of our return lines. It seems to get hung up on the steps of our pool
all the time. It is getting very frustrating.
At our pool store locally they say the new Model 165 works very well
with low pressure from the return line which may be why my current
cleaner is getting hung up constantly.
Thanks in advance.
