Swimming pools blog

ok here goes… I’m comparing pools and options and I can’t seem to
get a quote that matches from 3 sources. one company touts the FOXX
X-Brace system and the other two are quoting the A frame with
concrete pilings every 4 feet.

20×40 FOXX X-Brace system, pentair wisperflo pump (1.5 hp), pentair
filter (cartridge), pentair minimax NT heater (300,000 btu), dual
drain anti-vortex drain.

20×40 A frame with concrete supports every 4 feet, hayward northstar
pump (2 hp), hayward swimclear filter (cartridge), raypak rp2100
digital heater (265,000 btu or 335,000 btu my choice)
is one pool system better then the other…. are the heaters and
pumps and filters compairable in quality.

I live in minnesota. and entirely confused by the whole thing… we
just want to swim!
I just don’t want to make a 50K ooooops….any suggestions would be
helpful, both pool builders came by referral.
