Are stainless steel tanks more durable
or less durable than fiberglass?
I need a 72 square ft. filter and the only
tank that it comes in is stainless steel (Pentair/Hayward brands).
The fiberglass tanks are 60 square foot maximum,
which I think is too small for my extremely dirty
25,000 gallon pool. The whole reason for getting a
filter this size is to replace our 4-cartridge filter
which we have to clean every 2 weeks.
