Swimming pools blog

Howdy…and a lot of thanks to everyone who responded (to: hate my
pool) with suggetions. I think we’re finally headed in a positive
direction.
First, I told my wife to get on the phone and find somebody else –
which was no easy task since there’s a shortage of pool guys in this
area — but the pool turned green just overnight.
Anyway, as it turned out we were fortunate enough to find somebody at
the right moment. He showed up at the house and said, “Hey! I worked
on this pool a couple of years ago!”
Well, it turned into a sweet reunion: He went right to work, took his
time, and it looks 100% better with some TLC. Oh, and the first
thing he did was add the floater and chorine disks. The very thing
that our other guy said we didn’t need.
Just want to thank everyone for their input — now let’s pray that
our new pool guy continues to have long life and happiness.
