contract too fast. It took a month after we signed to get some
questions that came up anwsered, which delayed the plans going to the
permitting dept. Now they start digging our pool, and there is
muck. Which is going to cost more. The pool company has done many
pools in our area and should know about the possibility of muck and
should have warned us. We submitted the amount of the estimate to
the bank, can’t change that now, how do we pay for the cost increase
of the muck ? Our contract in small lettering on the back says that
we are responsible for paying if muck is encountered. My husband
seems to think that they will just continue to build the pool without
charging the money because they have given us lousy customer
service. I think that they will sue us, and we will end up paying 3X
as much $, get our credit ruined, and not have a pool. HELP !!
