Hayward EC-40 DE filter. Bumping is no longer helping. Can not get
filter to run efficiently for more than 20 minutes straight without
pressure buildup. Is it possible that the flex tubes are dirty
inside and clogged? Last time I looked at them they only had DE
coating. What is the best way to clean them? Acid soak? I have seen
members of this group mention power washing. Will acid soak damage
the flex tubes?
