I bought a house last fall. We have an in-ground 18×36 pool. The
previous owners had not kept up with it and it was full of green
water and garbage. (Yes, really… shoes, plates, toys, 3 inches of
leaves, etc). We had a pool servicing company come out and they
emptied the pool, cleaned out the gunk, patched a couple holes and
closed it for the winter.
Earlier today the pool cover partially blew off and I went outside to
put it back on, but noticed the water is really low. In the shallow
end, there is NO water. The liner is away from the sides a couple of
feet. On the other end the liner is coming away from the sides, but
not so badly. Is there anything I can do or should I start getting
quotes for a new liner? Does anyone know what it might cost to have a
new one installed?
Help! Is it time for a new liner?
