We have an in-ground, cartridge filtered, swimming pool. We use a
Polaris to keep the pool clean. However, crystal clear water has
escaped us. When we use the Polaris, the water is cloudy (clean but
cloudy). When we turn the Polaris off, the water becomes crystal
clear (yea!) but sediment appears on the bottom of the pool and must
be vacuumed off.
So, as we see it, polaris = no vacuuming = cloudy water. No polaris
= vacuuming = clear water.
Is there a way around this?

you need a better filter. A vertical grid DE filter w/a multiport
valve properly sized to the pool gallonage and location ie. trees,
dirt roads ect.
